Hi, I’m Stephanie. I have been practicing massage therapy in the Butte County area for over 15 years with over 550 hours of training and thousands of hands-on hours. The bodywork I do is relaxing, with a therapeutic depth as I utilize and sometimes blend modalities like Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Deep Tissue and Ashiatsu. Your session is always tailored to your needs. When I was a child, my parents had a Massage Therapist that came to our house. During one session I sat quietly watching the Massage Therapist flow smoothly around the massage table and around my Mom’s body with oiled hands and forearms. When I saw my Mom’s face, so tranquil, softened, relaxed, the lightness of her being, I instantly wanted to be able to do that for her, and for the people around me. I wanted to be able to make people feel better by touch and came to find that I have the gift of healing touch. Maintenance of our bodies; physical, mental, emotional and energetic/spiritual is vital to our well-being. As a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, I feel I am able to be a bridge for people seeking a healthy self-care activity and healthy connection with others. I believe we are all deserving of quality health and care. I am glad to be a part of the Prana Endura team and to be able to share my massage and Reiki abilities with this diverse community that is Chico and the surrounding area. Amy is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing pain management. She graduated From National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy in 2014. Amy enjoys learning and continues to develop her skills to help her clients. She finds Eastern and ancient practices intriguing and has continued her education in Thai massage, Ashiatsu, Reiki and Neuromuscular Therapy. Amy likes to personalize each massage, so she gets the best results for each client. Additionally, Amy has volunteered her talents with Children Hospital of Orange County, San Francisco Children’s Hospital, San Francisco Aids Walk, American Cancer Foundation for well over a decade.
